Description: The three secluded and private chalets are situated on the shores of the Loch with stunning views, and have five acres of wooded amenity area reserved for the sole use of the occupants with a bird/nature lookout. Otters, seals, herons and buzzards are all part of the natural surroundings, and the hills are covered with an abundance of flowers and fauna. All chalets have fully equipped kitchens with microwave oven, full size cooker and fridge/freezer. Television, video, dvd player and full bed linen are provided. There is a separate shared automatic washing machine & tumble dryer in the Laundry Block, £1 coin metered. The water is not main's supply. It is collected from forestry where stock is not grazed, then filtered and suitable for drinking water. The three bedroom 'Otter' and 'Seal' chalets have two double bedrooms and one twin room, and sleep up to six persons. The bathroom has shower, w.c. and washbasin, and there is an additional toilet with w.c. and washbasin. Both have heated towel rails. The two bedroom 'Heron' chalet has one double bedroom, one twin room, and also has a sofa bed in the living room to sleep up to five persons. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, w.c. and a heated towel rail. All chalets are fully heated throughout, and the kitchen, lounge and dining areas are open-plan. Tea towels are provided along with the bed linen - all guests have to bring are bath towels. A cot and highchair are available on request. Services include off-peak electricity (standard electric is charged - metre reading on departure), gas for cooking and a private water supply. The chalets are open from March until the beginning of November. Prices vary according to dates and number of persons. Pets are welcome (for a small charge of £15 each) but dogs must be kept on a lead whilst out walking (almost every field surrounding Ardoran has sheep). It is requested that pets are not left unattended in the chalets and do not sleep on the furniture - please bring your pet's own bedding.

Location: From Oban, take the A816 Lochgilphead road, After approximately 2 miles turn right onto the Lerags road, travel a further 2 miles before turning left onto the Ardoran Marine road.
