Description: Located in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Lochgoilhead sits at the head of Loch Goil, a fjord type sea loch. Only 1 hour from the Erskine Bridge, Glasgow Airport the M8 and Glasgow. The village is accessed from the Rest-and-be-Thankful pass via a 6 mile single track road. This is a special place, surrounded by hills, with superb loch views, as well as as wide range of accommodation, leisure activities and entertainment.

Location: DRIMSYNIE ESTATE Lochgoilhead. From the M8 at the Erskine Bridge follow the A82 Loch Lomond road to Tarbet and the A83 to the top of The Rest and Be Thankful, turn left onto the single track 8828 which becomes the 8839. On approaching Lochgoilhead, guests for Drimsynie House Hotel, lodges or caravans take the Carrick Castle road. The entrance to the Drimsynie Estate is 300 yards on the right.
