Utility Room with automatic washing machine, microwave and stainless steel sink. W.C. with heated towel rail and razor socket, leading to bathroom with bath, basin and wall heater. This is a traditional stone built farm cottage situated on a private estate overlooking Loch Awe. First Floor Accommodation:- One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with single beds.
