Description: Our spacious semi-detached house and cottage are beautifully situated on the Dunoon promenade, just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Both enjoy fine sea-views, convenient level private parking, and a lovely garden. In the house, with capacity for 8, all 4 bedrooms are en-suite, and there are 3 public rooms all with sea-views, as well as disabled access. The cosy cottage has capacity for 4. Location: Dunoon has a long very attractive promenade with extensive sea-views, both north towards the 'Arrochar Alps' at Loch Long, and south past the Cumbrae Islands towards Arran. 2 Ferry routes serve Dunoon with a frequent shuttle service from Gourock, and Scotland's first National Park is just 4 miles away at Holy Loch. The beauty spots of Loch Eck and the Benmore Botanic Garden are just 7 miles away.
