Not everyone may want the full holiday park experience. Our three locations by Loch Eck are just north of Dunoon. They deliver the 'peace and tranquility' holiday you may be looking for. These two locations offer something completely different. Loch Eck, an inland deep water loch 7 miles long and 1 1/2 mile wide is set amidst the glorious landscape of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottages are in a private setting on a terrace above the Loch Eck Caravan Park overlooking the loch, 15 minutes north of Dunoon on the A815. Enjoying a private setting on a terrace above the lochside caravan park, the cottages offer wonderful walking and cycling from the doorstep, whilst the depths of the loch support a variety of freshwater fish, making great sport for the keen angler. Perfect for peaceful relaxation and enjoying nature, the cottages also grant access to the leisure facilities (extra charge) at Hunter's Quay Holiday Village in Dunoon (8 miles) or on the Drimsynie Estate. A wealth of visitor attractions and excellent restaurants lie within an easy drive. Shop 15 minutes walk and pub serving food 5 minutes walk away. |

Fishing boats and rods can be hired April to October at the hotel (telephone 01369 840 426 for details.) All cottages have: Parking for one car. share a one storey construction, so no stairs. Shared veranda the full length of the cottages ideal for sitting outside and taking in the magnificent view. Picnic table with each cottage. Gas central heating with individual controls in each cottage. Electric hob and microwave. Two bedrooms - double and twin. Gas and electricity included in the hire charge. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Lounge, dining area, colour TV, DVD plater, Hi-Fi. CURR Cottage - Largest of the three cottages. Large picture window, sitting/dining room with electric 'wood burner effect' fire, modern fitted kitchen, shower room/W.C. Shared entrance with Eck Cottage ECK Cottage - Sitting/dining room with electric 'wood burner effect' fire, modern fitted kitchen, shower room/W.C.
