Description: Our cottages are situated in a beautiful part of the Borders, with its quiet roads and varied landscape. Our cottages are on our farm near our small private Leisure Club and vary in size and style. Our smallest cottage sleeps two and is all on one level and our largest cottage, Courtyard House sleeps 12 and has beautiful views of the Cheviots. We also have two bedroom and three bedroom cottages. Guests staying in the cottages may use the leisure facilities at a local charge. These include an indoor heated pool(no supervision), squash court, fitness suite, tennis court (summer only.) A security deposit is required at certain times of the year and for large parties.

Location: Houndridge is a farm situated by Ednam a small village near the lovely town of Kelso. The undulating hills are popular walking destinations and the coast is a half hour drive for those who like sand and sea. Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland is just over an hour away.
