Utility Room with outside door to private parking with washing machine, Separate Bathroom off Utility Room with toilet, shower, wash basin. Hallway with door to garden. The towns and cities of Carmarthen, Swansea and Llanelli offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor leisure pursuits. The National Botanical Gardens are less than 15 mins away with similar distances too Llanelli Coastal Park were you can enjoy traffic free cycling along the coastal path.
