Kitchen - well equipped with full sized electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, toaster, iron, all crockery, cutlery, and linens provided. Bathrooms: One on ground floor (has invalid shower), and one second floor bathroom fully equipped including electric shower. Three bedrooms: 1st has king size bed, 2nd has twin beds, 3rd has 3ft single or bunk beds optional. One acre garden at rear and private parking. Sorry no smoking in cottage please.

And easy access to Snowdon, Chester, Llangollen. Pub Restaurant 4 mins walk. Swimming baths, Gym and Squash Court 10 mins drive.
