Description: There are two self catering holiday apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are spotlessly clean, fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Parking is outside each apartment. As resident owners the apartments are personally supervised and cleaned by us to ensure you have a real 'Home from Home' holiday. Three out of five of last years guests were people who had stayed with us before or visited because of a recommendation. Each apartment has its own entrance and a large south facing lounge/diner, kitchen, a bedroom with either twin beds or these can be made up as a double and a separate shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. We have a brochure which is available on request. Regretfully we do not accept pets and we do not have play areas for children. Come and enjoy the peacefully, relaxing surroundings.

Location: We are situated in the quiet hamlet of Trelawne just 1 1/2 miles from Talland Bay and the beautiful Cornish coastline. The picturesque fishing towns of Looe and Polperro are both just over 2 miles away. We are an ideal base for visiting the numerous tourist attractions in Cornwall, many are within a 30 minute drive. The village of Pelynt is one mile away and has two grocery shops, hairdressers, a pub, post office and garage. There is a regular bus service to Plymouth, Looe and Polperro which stops at the end of our drive. Main line train stations are in Plymouth and Liskeard with a branch line to and from Looe.
