Accommodation comprises: Entrance Hall spacious hallway with stairs to 1st floor and large under stair space and coat rail etc, Lounge with two large comfortable settees, TV, DVD player and video, electric feature fire. Kitchen/Diner fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge etc. Bedroom 1 - double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, views across Tregenna grounds to the sea.
