Description: Talland House is a C16th home in beautiful Polperro situated in a quiet street just yards from the famous harbour. Surprisingly spacious and comfortable, the accommodation is steeped in character with stone walls and exposed beams. With a house and a flat we are able to accommodate groups of between 2 and 10 people in comfort. The house has three bedrooms with en-suite shower and toilet to each room and can accommodate up to six people plus a baby. There is also a cosy lounge with log burning stove (ideal for low season holidays), dining room and south facing patio. Laity is a self contained flat with its own entrance from Talland Street and can accommodate up to four people. Location: Located in the very centre of Polperro. You are just round the corner from the harbour and at the start of some wonderful cliff walks. Polperro is located in South East Cornwall just half an hour from Plymouth yet a world away from everyday life. Close to the Eden Project, Lanhydrock House (National Trust), the natural harbour of Fowey and the golden sands of Looe, there are plenty of things to do.
