Whether itÕs relaxing on your balcony whilst the children play on the beach below, or exploring the local area, Harbourside makes the perfect family holiday home. Just imagine being able to see the sea from your kitchen, dining room and lounge, what could be more exciting than watching the "Gigs" rowing or boats sailing in the harbour whilst you enjoy local seafood for a lunch or supper.

Sail Loft is just a very special space to stay in, the views from its own private "Spanish style balcony" are stunning, looking out over the harbour and beyond. The apartment is tiled throughout giving it a Mediterranean feel. With balcony doors that fold open so that you can enjoy the views and be a part of the villiage and yet still enjoy your privacy, makes it almost unbeatable as a holiday home. The apartment has well defined areas for sleeping, relaxing, eating and cooking and also benefits from a separate bathroom and entrance/hall. In the 2 years that we have rented this apartment, without exception all our guests have raved about this very special space! The apartment is centrally located on the harbourside in St Mawes and offers easy access to the villiage facilities within a very short walk.

These two unique properties, set in Cornish countryside, (also an "Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty"), have been designed to blend in to the local environment, resembling converted stables, having tall arched wooden doors with shutters, red brick window reveals and Cornish stone walls. Internally they are modern, elegant and luxurious properties on two floors, each sleeping up to six people in total comfort. The great thing about these two properties is that their layout makes them very flexible and cosy for a couple but still well able to accommodate 6 adults if required.
