First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 3 twin rooms, small room for cot or small bed (cot and highchair can be provided as is bed linen). Towels not included. Bathroom: Bath, WC, Washbasin. Utility: Automatic Washing Machine, Full central heating (inclusive), Fridge/Freezer, Stainless steel sink. Kitchen: Fridge, Well-equipped dishwasher, electric oven/hob, Kitchen table 4-6, Big automatic slow cooker, coffee machine. Downstairs: Room to set/play or could be used as bedroom for disabled as next to shower room. Shower Room: Shower, WC, Washbasin, Dining Room: Dining Table seating 8-10. Lounge: 2 three seater sofa, 1 two seater and 3 arm chairs. Piano, TV 2 Video/DVD, Sky - Freeview, Micro System - Radio/Tao, CD. This room is large. Outside: Sheltered patio area big gas BBQ. 2 patio tables 8/10 chairs. Little dome tent - play things for children - Nice size garden overlooking meadow - Copes - 2 ponies come right up to fence for goodies. Front of house: Garden, Lawn, parking for 3 cars. Everything for beach, cold box, chairs, wind brake, surf boards, little dome tent. Small dogs would be considered. Wireless head phones for TV set. No smoking in house. 21st June Bookings - There will be a standard meal in the village pub. Location: Brookfield is a large detached house (with adjacent owners accommodation) located in the quaint village of Tregony on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. It is well equipped providing for your every need whilst on holiday in this popular part of Cornwall. |
