Description: Arranged in two terraces looking into an enclosed stone-flagged courtyard, the two rows of cottages are joined at one end by The Quarryman, a fully licensed Free House and adjoining restaurant. The cottages are heated by means of a wood-burning stove, with the additional benefit of storage heaters. The latter are included in the price but there is a £1 slot meter to contribute towards the electricity used by the appliances.

Location: The cottages, originally built as the homes of workers in the slate quarries in the nineteenth century, are situated overlooking the Camel estuary, between the bustling market town of Wadebridge and the picturesque old fishing village of Padstow. Both places can be reached in approximately ten minutes or less by car.
