Description: A grade 2 listed stone built cottage overlooking the harbour of Mevagissey in Cornwall available to rent as a holiday cottage throughout the year. The cottage is built in to the cliff face on a winding hill leading up from the harbour (75 yards). The interior is cosy with beamed ceilings in every room, consisting of three bedrooms (two with wash basins), a lounge with feature fire place, a dining room, and a new fitted kitchen with all facilities you would expect to create a "home from home" holiday. The cottage is located very centrally in the heart of the village within walking distance to a choice of seven good restaurants and four pubs! FYI - it takes 53 seconds walk to the nearest pub and four hours to return! The cottage over three floors and sleeps up to 6 comfortably, and costs between £300 - £675 per week depending on the time of year. An old Coastguard Station Cottage for your holiday situated at a high elevation over looking Mevagissey. It has outstanding direct sea and harbour views. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, a family bathroom with WC, separate downstairs WC, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, through lounge/dining room, and downstairs utility room. The cottage is located 400 yards up the hill from the harbour and within walking distance to a choice of seven good restaurants and four pubs! FYI - it is 2 minutes 40 seconds walk to the nearest pub and four hours to return! The cottage sleeps 6, utilizing the sofa bed in the lounge. It costs between £325 - £675 per week depending on the time of year.
