St. Claire Green Pastures, West View, Porthleven, Cornwall, TR13 9LN A warm welcome awaits you at St. Claire, a classic Cornish cottage situated in the pretty village of Breage, just a 5 minute drive from the historic fishing village of Porthleven, and 3 miles from the ancient market town of Helston, Cornall. St. Claire has been used for holidays by Classic Cottages for the past 10 years. Dating back at least 150 years, St. Claire is a detached, Grade 11 listed cottage, appropriately set close to Breage village church and surrounded by its own fully enclosed garden. The coastal path can be reached via a one mile footpath close to the village, which is also well placed to explore the many beaches of the Lizard peninsula and West Penwith. Truro, Falmouth, St. Michael's Mount, Marazion, Penzance and St. Ives are all within easy driving distance. |

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall. Sitting-room with TV, video, DVD player CD and tape player. The sitting room has exposed beams and a fine old granite inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove giving old world charm. The Kitchen/diner has an oak fitted kitchen and a door leading into the very private rear garden. There is an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, automatic wm/dryer and dishwasher. There is a ground floor Shower-room WC and wash basin. THE FIRST FLOOR HAS a double bedroom with four-poster bed. It is decorated in yellow, aquamarine and blue. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with pink and gold co-ordinated bed linen and curtains. There are sea views down to Porthleven from this bedroom and the distant cliffs of Mullion and the Lizard. There is a Bathroom with bath, WC and wash-basin. There is PARKING for one car in front of the cottage on its tarmac forecourt. There is also ample on road parking for a second car. There is a table and 4 chairs in the rear garden, and a barbecue can be found in the garden shed. St. Claire is just 400 hundred yards from the village shop and post office, and even better 200 yards from the Queens Arms Pub, which serves excellent food. There is a 9 hole golf course at Praa Sands just a 5 minute or so drive. Regretfully we do not allow smoking! One dog only is welcome. Our arrival and departure days are on Friday. St.Clair has recently been added to our letting properties, and we are very proud of our presentation and quality.
