We have two self catering holiday apartments, one on the ground floor and one of the first floor. Both are spotlessly clean, fully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. As resident owners the apartments are personally supervised by us to ensure you have a real 'Home from Home' holiday. Many of our guests return year after year and recommend us to friends and family. We are situated in the quiet hamlet of Trelawne just over a mile from Talland Bay and the beautiful Cornish coastline. The picturesque fishing towns of Looe and Polperro are just over two miles away. We are an ideal base for visiting the numerous tourist attractions in Cornwall; the Eden Project is only 25 minutes drive away. The East, South, West and North of Cornwall are all within reach. Plymouth with it's brand new shopping centre which has just opened is a 40 minute drive away. In fact Cornwall offers something for everyone. Explore the towns, villages and gardens, relax on the beach and enjoy a meal in one of the many local restaurants. For the more adventurous, try sailing, horse riding, sea fishing, scuba-diving, golf, or tennis or take a boat trip from Looe or Polperro. There is lots of visitor information in each apartment available for you to browse through at your leisure. Pelynt village is just over a mile away and offers two grocery shops, a pub and restaurant, post office and garage. A regular bus service stops at the end of our drive with buses to Plymouth, Looe and Polperro. Main line train stations are at Plymouth and Liskeard with a branch line to Looe. Car parking is outside each apartment. KITCHEN Fully fitted and well equipped with a full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Plenty of cupboards and worktops. LOUNGE/DINER A large south facing room with colour television, digital freeview box, DVD player, video recorder, dining table and dining chairs and lounge suite. Also an electric fire for those out of season short breaks. The large comfortable settee easily converts into a double bed if required. King size duvet and bed linen is provided. BEDROOM Twin single beds or made up as a large double bed with ample drawers and wardrobe. Duvets and covers are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Please note: Cot linen and blankets are not provided. SHOWER-ROOM Fully tiled shower room with WC and basin. Wall mounted electric heater and shaver point. GENERAL Night Storage Heaters, fitted carpets throughout, iron and ironing board, radio, alarm and wall clock. Each apartment is perfect for two, but can easily accommodate up to four adults and a baby. A high chair and cot are provided. Regretfully we do not accept pets and we do not have play areas for children. |
