Description: Wisteria Barn is the top half of a converted stone barn. It consists of a large sitting/dining room with a kitchen (gas hob and electric oven)at one end. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom (bath with electric shower over. The main bedroom with a double bed has a toilet and basin en-suite. The second bedroom has a futon style double bed and the third bedroom has two single bunk beds. This gives a sleeping capacity of 6. facilities include a washing machine, CD player, TV (freeview) with video recorder and DVD player. Duvets and pillows are provided but you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels. Wisteria barn is strictly non smoking and pet animals are not permitted.

Location: It is situated on the edge of the Village of Clifton. Pooley Bridge is just 5 miles away and from here is some of the best walking country in Britain. The whole of the Lake District is easily accessible and Wisteria Barn is within five minutes drive from Junction 40 of the M6. The George and Dragon near the barn serves good food and the excellent old market town of Penrith which is just 3 miles away offers the usual takeaway outlets as well as many restaurants, pubs and unique shops. Other local attractions include the Reghed Centre, Bird of Prey Centre and the Penrith Theatre.
