Rose Bank Cottage, Coniston lies above the ‘alpine’ village of Coniston in the Lake District. The shops are 5-minutes away. This cottage will hold four people. The patio, garden and summerhouse are a real sun trap. There is a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both bedrooms en-suite. Seven Vale View Sleeps 4

Chapel House, Grisdale was a Methodist Chapel until 1974. This cottage holds six people. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom downstairs and four single beds upstairs in divided areas. There are washbasins in the bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. A ‘Much Wenlock’ fire will keep in all night and there are space heaters everywhere. The utility room has freezers, a refrigerator, a washer, dryer, spin dryer, and tumble dryer. The coal is here also. There is a garden, a phone and a barbecue place and TV/Sky/DVD.

Chapelhouse Sleeps 6

Beck House, Grisdale, is just across the road from Chapel House and holds four people. It dates from about 1700 and has single beds in two areas. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom, plenty of space heaters and two quartz heaters as well as a ‘Mini Wenlock’ which keeps in all night. Coal is stored outside. There is a phone and a TV/Sky/Dvd
