Description: The cottage has oil fired central heating, throughout at no extra cost, but electricity is metered and pound coins are needed. We have ample parking spaces in the enclosed coach house yard, surrounded by lawned gardens and a children’s play area and sand pit. At the back of the cottage there is a private garden, equipped with patio, barbecue and garden furniture, overlooking open fields. Fresh milk eggs, home-made bread and cakes are available as well as a warm welcome from Diane who will meet you on your arrival with the door key.

Location: Leave the M1 at junction 28 and take the A38 then take the A615 to Alfreton and then the A61 to Ripley. Turn right onto the A610 towards Ambergate and then turn right onto the A6 and proceed to Cromford. Turn left then after about 200yards turn right onto the A5012. Continue for about 5 miles to Grange Mill, turn left opposite the (Holly Bush Inn) onto the B5056.
