These spacious, cottages have been skillfully converted from 19th Century stone built barns and are set in beautiful enclosed gardens. All of the cottages are located on a peaceful, rural, 130 acre working farm with every facility you would expect including an adventure play area, outdoor tennis court, nearby woodland walk and a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool with spa, fitness room, sauna and solarium. Location: Barnstaple, Europe's prettiest floral town and repeated winner of the Britain in Bloom award, is just a short drive away. The town is the commercial centre for the region and combines sophisticated shopping with the bustling atmosphere of traditional Pannier and Craft markets. You will also find the North Devon Leisure Centre, superbowl, a go-karting track, theatre and multiplex cinema together with many restaurants and pubs. Only a few miles from Combrew Farm you will discover fabulous beaches, including wonderful Woolacombe and glorious Saunton Sands. Whether it's surfing, sailing, horse riding or fishing, the area has everything to offer. North Devon also boasts fantastic golf courses, including the championship courses at Saunton and the Royal North Devon Golf Club at Westward Ho! - the oldest links course in England! 6 miles away you will find the historic port of Bideford, which has a good selection of pubs serving local ales. From here you can make the ferry trip across to the picturesque Island of Lundy. |
