Location: Situated just outside the village of Witheridge, some 12 miles from Tiverton (and a 30 minute drive from junction 27 of the M5 motorway) Newhouse farm is positively rural. It is at the very centre of the region known as the Devon Heartland and is set amidst unspoilt undulating countryside, which has a very tranquil feel difficult to find elsewhere these days.
