Description: Exceptionally well furnished, the accommodation has a delightful lounge/sunroom with glorious views over the town to the sea and cliffs. There is a modern fitted kitchen and fully equipped dining unit. There are three separate bedrooms and a tiled bathroom, with shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment is on the first floor, completely self-contained and fully double-glazed. The apartment is also fully carpetted throughout and we have added brand new beds and new furniture and also a CD player. Fuel charges inclusive, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Colour T.V and pets are allowed. Bed linen or duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels will be required, everything else is included. Parking Space available at local car park free of charge.

Location: A luxurious and convenient seaside holiday apartment which, although close to the centre of Lyme Regis, is very peaceful. Magnificent views over town to the sea and cliffs beyond.
