Location: The East Neuk of Fife is best known for its golf courses, beaches and dry, warm climate. This beautiful part of Scotland is a traditional holiday area with a variety of historic sites and buildings to visit. A special attraction is a row of picturesque fishing towns, linked by a coastal path. The main town is St Andrews with its famous "Old Course" and long sandy beach. The whole area has a variety of sporting facilities with good opportunities for fishing and water sports on the coast. It is ideal for cycling and walking and a good base for exploring Scotland. In 15 minutes you can drive to St Andrews and in 1 hr can be in Dundee, Edinburgh, Glen Shee and the Highlands.
