Dairy Cottage

Description: Delightful stone 17th century conversion offering spacious accommodation suitable for two to six people. The cottage comprises entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with beamed ceiling and French doors leading to dining room/conservatory which has spectacular views over surrounding countryside. Situated in rural North Wales on the edge of the picturesque Clwydian range. Miles of open spaces suitable for walking, riding and cycling. We also have several golf courses, the nationally acclaimed Theatre Clwyd and the marked town of Mold all within 3 or 4 miles of the cottage. The Roman walled city of Chester, abounding in history with is river, race course and bustling nightlife lies less than half an hour away. The nearby A55 provides easy access to all North Wales coastal resorts, heritage attractions and the Snowdonia National Park. Upstairs accommodation comprises, large bedroom with double bed, plus small bedroom containing two single beds (one suitable for child or small adult). A double futon can be used for extra sleeping accommodation in dining/conservatory. Facilities include, bed linen, towels, cot, highchair, RC, VCR, private parking, gas central heating, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, private garden and patio outdoor furniture. Pets welcome, smokers okay. Gas and electric charged in mid to low seasons.

Location: Rhosesmor village is about 12 miles from Chester and 4 miles from Mold. It may be approached from the A5431 Denbigh Road or the A55 expressway. On entering the village from either direction turn up alongside the church (both lanes meet) and at their junction, continue up the hill for three-tenths of a mile. Foel Farm is at the brow of the hill on the left.
