Description: 7 Cottages, (1 with level access) and a spacious Apartment in the West Wing of the Manor House. Our properties are comfortable, friendly and very well equipped to make your holiday easy, but with their old fashioned character retained, and children and pets are welcome in most. These properties can be conveniently combined for larger groups of 16 / 18 / 20 / 26 / 27 / 29 / 30 up to max 59, and there are two free separate party rooms available. We are on a small English Country Estate in a picturesque setting, ideal for Family and Friends.

Two Party/Play rooms are available with some cottage combinations.

1. Adjoining the Old Stables - for use when this property is booked together with the West Wing Apartment and or other cottages, to seat 18 - 50+ with Table Tennis and Conservatory.

2. Behind the Walk Farm House Cottages a separate Barn to seat approx 30 with undercover BBQ, Table Tennis, Wood Burning Stove, etc.

Wedding Receptions, Garden Parties and Corporate Functions can be Catered for in a Marquee on our extensive lawns with or without use also of the fine Reception rooms of the Manor. We offer several choices. The Church is just steps up from the House.

Location: Cotswold edge / Severn Vale in Gloucestershire - 3 miles off M 5 Junction 13 - approx 2 hours drive London. Nearest main line Train Station Stonehouse (between Stroud and Gloucester) 1.5 hrs from/to Paddington. Easy access to a wide variety of interests, activities, sports and Historic places. Good local walks beside the Stroudwater Canal. Choice of Supermarkets and Restaurants within short drive. Nearest Pub/Restaurant walking distance, under a mile, torch provided.
