Description: The accommodation offers gas Central Heating, Two bedrooms - one double (4'6") and a twin room (2x3' beds) with bed linen and duvets provided. The cosy lounge/dining room with TV/DVD/Video offers perfect relaxation. The modern Fitted kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, built in Electric oven, Fridge/Freezer, Four ring gas hob and Microwave. T towels are provided. The bathroom has an electric shower, bath, wash basin and WC. Outside there is a small private patio area with table and chairs and to the rear of the building is an allocated parking space. Electricity, gas, bed linen and T towels are provided but you will need to bring your own hand and bath towels. Maximum of 4 people. Children are welcome. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. We also provide B&B accommodation across the road at "The Pink House". Location: "May Cottage" is a modernised and charming mews cottage situated to the rear of a character building, it is ideally located within Milford Village centre. Local shops, inns and restaurants are nearby. The beach is just a short walk away. Milford on Sea is an unspoilt village on the Hampshire coast and has changed little over the years with a village green and a unique charm and friendliness that will ensure that you will want to return again and again. As you walk out of the door of May Cottage you will discover the village has a good selection of shops, three inns and a choice of places to eat, all within a few minutes walk. Milford is on the edge of the New Forest and England's premier seaside resort Bournemouth is just a thirty minute drive along the coast and offers excellent shopping, entertainment, and some of the best nightlife on the South coast. From May Cottage there is easy access to the Salt Marshes for nature walks and bird watching. Keyhaven and Lymington are within easy reach for boating activities and the ferry to the Isle of Wight. |
