Separate full bathroom. There is parking for 3 cars at the rear of the house with further parking available on a laneway at the side of the house. A large garden fronting onto Grampian Road. The house is centrally heated which is included in the price. All linen is provided. There is a gas flame fire in the lounge. T.V. in lounge. Location: Laurel Bank is located on Grampian Road, which is the very centre of the village of Aviemore. The house is within walking distance of most shops, restaurants and bars. It is on high ground and from the upstairs bedrooms there is a view directly across to the Cairngorms. There are walks all around and at the rear there is Craigellachie Nature Reserve. The Dell of Spey is at the front where the stream goes by with more pleasant walks towards the River Spey. All in all, a very convenient location for everything. The Speyside Steam Railway is also at the front of the house where steam trains pass by from Spring until Autumn. Aviemore itself is the central village within the Cairngorms National Park. |
