Landseer House and Carrick House

Description: Landseer House: Offering a slightly different layout to its neighbour Carrick House. Landseer House sleeps 5+. The Ground floor comprises of hallway, lounge, morning/dining room and fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The Lounge has an open fire, television, video and music centre. The kitchen overlooks the garden area. The Sun Lounge leads onto to the garden area which comes complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a wash basin and 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom. The landing area provides an excellent snug, ideal for curling up with a good book! Off Road parking Available.

Carrick House: A luxurious centrally heated semi detached house that sleeps 6+. The large comfortable lounge is complete with open fire, television and music centre. There is a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen which includes washing machine/dryer, microwave, deep freeze and dishwasher. There is a Conservatory which overlooks the garden and patio area. The garden and patio have both garden furniture and a barbecue available for your use. There is a ground floor shower room and toilet. The three bedrooms offer a double with a wash basin, a twin bedded room, a single bedroom and an extra divan on a large landing. Complete with a family bathroom.
