Ulva House and Cottage remained in their family until 1957.

Location: Ulva House Cottage, built within the grounds of Ulva House, is detached with its own private entrance and parking area to the side. It enjoys prominent views over Tobermory Bay and the mountains beyond the Sound of Mull. Situated within the conservation area of upper Tobermory, Ulva House is an ideal base from which to explore the island and also a quiet place to relax away from the traffic and more populated areas. Many good walks start nearby.
