Description: Michael Story has refurbished two parts of Achnadrish House to make comfortable self catering accommodation, full of character; The Wing, and The Cabin. They both have private entrances and are surrounded by woodland and gardens. As a warm welcome to Achnadrish you are provided with a complimentary start-up of milk, fresh eggs, butter, tea and coffee, etc to make your arrival hassle-free, ready to enjoy Mull. The house water supply is fresh from a spring, ideal for mixing with Mull's own delicious malt whiskey which is distilled at Tobermory distillery just 5 miles away! The Wing has its own Laundry Facilities provided and Cabin has Laundry Facilities provided in the main house. Also available to guests is a sauna room, within close easy access to accommodation...Ideal after a long day out. Achnadrish House Wing: Own private entrance 2 storeys, Sleeping 6. Top storey: 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin), bathroom and wc. Cot (crib) and highchair available. Electrical heating in bedrooms. 15 tog duvets, bed linen and towels included. Large lounge / dining room with traditional wood burning stove. Fuel for wood burning stove all included. TV, Video, Stereo. Fold up pool table. Large country kitchen with walk-in larder, pine dresser and kitchen table, fully equipped with: microwave, cooker (stove/oven) and all necessary appliances, and washer/dryer. Electricity by meter reading (the only additional cost). Achnadrish House Cabin: Attached to the main house (formerly Game Keepers quarters) Own private entrance, Sleeping 6 and 2. Location: The house is within easy walking distance of the 3 main lochs on North of the Island (trout fishing!), and only 1.5 miles from Dervaig Village, and 5 miles from Tobermory. |
