Description: We would like to offer you a warm welcome to our beautiful pine lodges, which are situated on part of our farm in the quite village of Stainfield, 8 miles east of the City of Lincoln. A peaceful, rural retreat. Once you arrive at Rural Roosts you can sit back, relax and forget all the stresses and strains of everyday life. Enjoy the peaceful, spacious surroundings, take a leisurely stroll around one of our farm walks, you might like to enjoy some great fishing in the lake (stocked with coarse fish), or borrow one of our outdoor games such as croquet or boules. The lodges are built to a high standard, the well insulated pine logs makes the buildings cool in the summer yet cosy in the winter, allowing you the most comfortable break anytime of year. There is a choice of two layouts:- Type A - sleeps up to 6 people + cots All the lodges have large decked verandas for outdoor dining and relaxation, and overlook the lake. An ideal base for relaxing and exploring all the wonderful attractions and countryside Lincolnshire has to offer. A warm welcome awaits. Location: Rural Roosts is part of Manor Farm in Stainfield, about 8 miles East of Lincoln. Directions: From the south - Take the A46 northern ring road around Lincoln. At the last roundabout turn left on A158 towards Skegness. When coming out of the village of Langworth take first turning right towards Newball, Stainfield and Bardney. In Stainfield take turning up the lane on the right just past red phone box. As you go through the gates on the lane, turn right and follow track round to new farmhouse at the back of the farm yard - I will meet you here to take you to your lodge. From the north - From the M180 junction 4 take the A15 south towards Lincoln. At the roundabout for the A46 ring road turn left and follow instructions as above. |
