Hillside Apartment

Description: This is a stunning, main door, lower ground floor flat, forming part of a category A-listed Adam Playfair building, and is located on an elegant Georgian crescent in the stylish and cosmopolitan Hillside area of the city. The fashionable east end is just a few minutes walk and there you will find a Harvey Nichols store, John Lewis, Armani. Mulberry and other luxury boutique stores, including Louis Vuitton and Calvin Klein. The area is host to some of Edinburgh's finest restaurants. Princes Street and George Street are within walking distance and offer an extensive range of shopping facilities, superb restaurants and a good choice of bars. There is a Warner's Cinema Village, complete with luxury health club and the prestigious "Glass House Restaurant". The apartment is extremely spacious, with a large living room and luxury dining kitchen by Kitchens International which incorporates NEFF integrated appliances. There is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a large main shower room. The spacious hallway has a double sofa bed for those who need to accommodate an additional two people. There is a delightful, private walled garden to the rear and private patio with dining furniture. In spring and summer the walls are draped with flowering climbers making it an attractive place to enjoy sitting out - so unusual for a city centre apartment. The house incorporates a 'whole house' ventilation system for the comfort of residents in summer, and is centrally heated and warm in winter.
