Description: Charming 2 bedroom cottage, set in the beautiful and historic village of Nether Heyford. Originally a haberdashery and then antiques shop the property was converted into a residential home in 2005. The property comprises of kitchen, dining room and sitting room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. "The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. We are happy to welcome clean pets however a charge of £10.00 per week (max £50.00) is made for cleaning. In the unlikely event there are any problems we have a maintenance 1 hour call out service. Location: Nether Heyford is situated just 3 miles from junc. 16 of the M1. The village has a well stocked grocery store, butcher, hairdresser and 2 public houses both of which serve food. There are no busy through roads and we apparently have the biggest village green in the country. As well as the green there is also a playground for children. The Grand Union canal runs through the village, with Heyford fishery just 5 mins walk from the cottage.
