Description: The Granary is on the yard of Woodbine Farmhouse B&B. It has two bedrooms - one double and the other with a double bed and two singles. Downstairs is a good sized sitting room with french doors on to the small courtyard garden. Also a breakfast/kitchen with electric oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a shower room upstairs and wash room down - both with a toilet. The Granary is non smoking. Bed linen and bedding is provided as well as a basic number of towels.

Location: The Granary is on the edge of the conservation village of Sutton on Trent and a short walk across fields to the River Trent. Good for walking and cycling (we can offer safe storage for bikes) and an ideal base for historic Newark (8 miles), Southwell Minster and Racecourse (20 minutes), Lincoln with its castle, cathedral, shops and galleries (25 minutes), Rufford Country Park and Sherwood Forest (20 minutes). Also easily accessed from the A1.
