Description: If you are seeking the tranquility of Orkney this is the place for you. From the comfort of the lounge enjoy the views over Scapa Flow. The Annexe is a separate residence adjoining the owner's bungalow. The comfortable lounge has two settees, electric fire, oil central heating, wide screen TV, freeview box, DVD player, as well as information leaflets for you to use during your stay. At the other end of the lounge is the dining table and chairs with spectacular views across Scapa Flow. All heating and lighting are included. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other having two singles, comfortably sleeping four people. All bed linen is supplied. The bathroom has a large shower, wc and wash hand basin. Complimentary bathroom essentials and towels are provided. A large modern kitchen with breakfast bar also enjoys the views over the sea. It has been fully equipped to a very high standard containing, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and cooker. There is a separate laundry room. There will be a welcome pack awaiting your arrival. It will include a couple of Orkney specialities as well as bread, bacon and eggs from our neighbour. Outside there is a separate garden for you to enjoy, take in the sea air! There is your own parking space and washing line should you wish to use it. Location: The Annexe is situated in Burray. The village shop, restuarant and pub are just a mile and a half away. The local bus route is a mile away. We are very sorry but we do not accept children, pets or smokers.
