Description: Near Oxford at the foot of the Chiltern Hills.....New to our B&B this year, a self catering wooden garden studio. Set in a secluded position over looking the lakes and pasture fields, surrounded by 1.5 acres of a beautiful English Country garden which has been featured on BBC2 Gardeners World. Up to date decor in "Shabby Chic" style with a kingsize bed...lounge/TV area ensuite shower and a small kitchen. Have breakfast on the veranda or an evening glass of wine watching the red kites soar overhead. Bring your camera and binoculars as there is an abundance of wildlife attracted by the lakes. Lovely local walksble pub serving delicious food created by a French chef or many other places to eat a short drive away. Sorry no pets or children under 8. We take most credit cards. 2 nights minimum stay Fri/Sat/Sun and 4 nights weekdays. £100 per night for 2 or £500 per week. Come and relax in our idyllic haven!

Location: We are in an area of plenty of places to visit. Take a bus or train to London for the day or go to Oxford only a 20 minute drive into the city or use the convenient park and ride. Day trips to Bath..Stonehenge..Cambridge...Cotswolds...Cotswold wildlife Park or just a nearby ramble in the Chilterns. WE are close to the Ridgeway and have many lovely local footpaths. Visit Blenheim Palace..Waddesdon Manor..Hughendon Manor..Silverstone..Bicester shopping village and the biggest garden center in UK...Le Manoir aux quats saisons Raymond Blancs famous exclusive restaurant..Clivedon Manor...Windsor castle. The picturesque riverside towns of Henley...Marlow..Wallingford...Cookam and Bourne End. HOW TO FIND US: From Heathrow go left up onto the M4, signs to M25. Keep left on the M4 for less than one mile and go onto the slip for M25. On this slip road keep right go over M25 and then down onto it, signs for Oxford, West or maybe North. Go along M25 until you reach the oxford turn off onto the M 40. Go until you get to Junction 6 on M40. take B4009 towards Princes Risborough for 2 miles. Take first left in Kingston Blount and go for 300yds past village green. Turn right into Brook Street then immediately left down a drive and Town Farm Cottage is the last house set in farmyard behind secure wooden gates.
