Description: Innis Ghlas - We have gone to considerable lengths to try and make sure that Innis Ghlas will make you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive - the perfect relaxing base from which to explore Aberfeldy and the wonderful area around it - we certainly find it to be so! The house is a spacious traditional townhouse, less than two minutes walk from the centre of the town, and from the entrance to the famous Birks of Aberfeldy. It has two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a large modern well-equipped dining kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a living room with seating for eight, television with DVD player, CD stereo and a study area. In addition there is a playroom/snug with a television and DVD player, seating and a selection of toys. The house also has a cloakroom. The house has access to an enclosed garden with patio area complete with outdoor furniture, and parking area for 2 cars. Fonseca Cottage - Fonseca Cottage is a cosy traditional cottage, adjacent to Innis Ghlas and within the village of Aberfeldy. just as with Innis Ghlas we have tried to ensure that you will feel at home, comfortable and relaxed from the moment you open the front door. It has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower and washbasin and one twin bedroom. There is a well equiped dining kitchen complete with microwave and fridge freezer. There is a comfortable living room with sofas, television with DVD player and CD stereo. The house has a downstairs loo and access to a garden with patio area complete with outdoor furniture. Location: By road, the starting point to Innis Ghlas and Fonseca Cottage is Aberfeldy, which is on the A829. This is off the A9 at the junction signposted for Aberfeldy. Once in Aberfeldy: Travel through the town centre past the petrol station on your left and over the mini roundabout, continue along the main road until you come to a set of traffic lights. Go straight ahead at these traffic lights on Kenmore Street and Innis Ghlas and Fonseca Cottage is about 50m along this road next door to the police lamppost. |
