Description: There are 14 Lodges at River Edge. We have 4 different styles of lodge. All lodges have ample parking for 2 or 3 cars. Kitchens are fully equipped, including an electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave. Moncreiffe Lodges also have dishwashers. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. Towels are not provided (except for overseas visitors with restricted baggage allowance). All our lodges have colour TV (with Sky Freeview), video or DVD players. Cots and highchairs are free of charge. All our lodges have wheelchair access. Sorry, we don't take pets (except guide dogs). Moncreiffe Lodges, Superbly comfortable two-storey Frame Lodges, right beside the River Earn and looking towards Moncreiffe Hill. The lounge and kitchen are open plan, giving wonderful light. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one double room, which overlooks the River Earn, and one twin room, overlooking the park area. There is also a double bedsettee downstairs in the lounge. The bathroom downstairs has a bath and shower. The Moncreiffe Lodges have gas central heating, which is included in the price. River Edge Lodges, Two bedroom lodges, arranged around a grassy park area. Mum and Dad can see the children playing from their lounge, kitchen and balcony. There is a double room, a twin room and a double bedsettee in the lounge. There is a separate kitchen and a bright airy lounge. Bathroom has bath and shower. Electricity is operated by £1 coin meter. Bridge of Earn Lodges, Spacious 3 bedroom lodges. They have a double room, a twin room, a bunk room and a double bedsettee in the lounge. The Bridge of Earn Lodges have a roomy kitchen, with lots of cupboard space, and a comfortable lounge. The large bathroom has bath and shower. Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Elcho Lodges, Cosy 1 bedroom lodges, looking across to the park area. They have twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. There is a double bed settee in the lounge. Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Location: At River Edge Lodges, you can relax and enjoy your home from home. The lodges are situated in secluded grounds, yet only minutes from the shops and amenities of the village of Bridge of Earn, with the Fair City of Perth only 3 miles to the North. Our central location makes us the perfect choice for touring and exploring. You can travel in any direction and not be too far from River Edge Lodges. We have a play area for children, where they can safely let off steam. We have two sociable goats, hens, cockerels, rabbits, guinea pigs, a cat plus our four children! We have many guests who return to River Edge Lodges every year, and sometimes several times a year! We are open all year round and this lovely area has something to offer for all the seasons. Skiing and snowboarding at Glenshee in winter, stunning walks in autumn and spring, as well as the usual summer holiday haunts. |
