For the more energetic holidaymaker there are a number of golf courses available, white water rafting on the River Tay, horse-riding, mountain biking and the worlds oldest distillery to view.

There is a large living/dining room with log or electric fire, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom; upstairs a bedroom with a double and single bed, leading through to a twin bedroom. Electric heating.
