Description: Our three self-catering cottages are all attractively furnished and equipped to a very high standard. They are built in natural mellow stone with a mass of character from centuries ago. They have beautiful beams in various parts of the cottages and have gardens for our visitors to relax in and enjoy the quite Somerset countryside. People come from around the world some wanting to revisit their roots. There are also the people who just like to come back to Somerset because the people are very welcoming in this happy part of the West Country. Cider is made locally as it has been made for centuries. We live close to the cottages and make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned between each letting. We are always on hand to help and advise visitors on places to visit or aid with a problem. Beds are made on arrival and towels are available for those wishing to hire.

Location: This part of South Somerset is very close to the Devon/Dorset borders which make access to the coast and Exmoor very easy. The main trunk road, the A303, is 2 miles of the cottages. The M5 is 30 minutes drive away at Junction 25 Taunton. Train stations near are Yeovil Junction and Crewkerne. Taxis are available at both stations but it is better to advise us and we can send one for you. The village where the cottages are, is very quite and well away from trunk roads. The village has a pub serving good food and a shop/post office.
