Description: Three cottages converted from the traditional 17thc farm buildings at Greenhouses farm. The old world charm has been retained with the thick stone walls, exposed beams and the red pantiled roofs typical of North Yorkshire. The Cottages have been comfortably furnished and are centrally throughout. Two of the Cottages have Little Wenlock solid fuel stoves. All have colour TV and the kitchens are well equipped with electric cookers, fridge - freezers, microwave ovens, automatic washing machines and pleasant dinning areas. All linen, towels, heating and lighting are included in the price.

Location: The Cottages are situated in the tiny Hamlet of Greenhouses on the North Yorks Moors National Park with access from our cattle grid directly onto the moors. We are one and a half miles from the village of Lealholm in the centre of the Esk Valley. The Village has a Post Office, shop, pub, tea rooms/restaurant, pottery, garage, garden centre, 3 churches and wonderful countryside walks in all directions. British Rail operate a service through the North Yorks Moors along the Esk Valley from Middlesborough to Whitby, stopping at Lealholm and all villages on route. Greenhouses is 15 min by car to the ancient fishing port of Whitby and the sandy beach at Sandsend.
