Lempicka Cottage and Apartment

Description: The Apartment and Cottage are both situated in the centre of Beverley, They both have 4 Star Rating and share the use of an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. The Cottage has an open plan lounge/kitchen on the ground floorwith a double bed settee. On the first floor their is a double bedroom with en suite shower and toilet. The Apartment has separate lounge with coal effect fire, large kitchen and dining conservatory. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and shower rooms.

The moment you step through the door of LEMPICKA PROPERTIES you'll know you made the right choice. When it comes to comfort, our standards are exacting, and units are immaculately cleaned from top to bottom, aired and dressed with fresh linen prior to your visit. You will find our properties come complete with everything you will need to make your stay a pleasure and such extras from a Microwave to a DIGI BOX to enable you to access free channel viewing.

We can accommodate larger groups. As you are about to discover Historical Beverley and the surrounding areas has plenty to offer all ages and is a wonderful location for get-togethers throughout the year.

Please be aware the apartment is accessed by courtyard steps and a flight of stairs to the accommodation on the first and second floors, very young children will need to be overseen when in the apartment. Both of our properties has the following as standard: CENTRAL HEATING, TV as well as a freeview DIGI BOX, MUSIC SYSTEM, VACUUM CLEANER, WASHING MACHINE and DRYER, IRONING BOARD and IRON, HAIRDRYER, MICROWAVE, GAS COOKER OR GAS HOB AND ELECTRIC OVEN, FRIDGE, TOASTER AND KETTLE. The Apartment also has a DISHWASHER. A small selection of books and videos will also be available for your use. We provide washing up liquid/dish washer tablets (only the apartment has a dishwasher fitted). ALL BEDDING, LINEN, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS AND TEA TOWELS are also provided. A TRAVEL COT is available for babies. PARKING One space is available at the side of the property and also free on street parking permits are available on request. In the interest of our all our guests both of our properties do not accommodate pets and are designated as non-smoking.

Location: Both the Cottage and Apartment are in the centre of Beverley's Wednesday near to the Beautiful Beverley Minster, Beverley Friary, Railway Station, Bus Depot and many new restaurants and bars due to the 'cafe culture' which is now developing in Beverley. All Guests have information regarding places of interest and events at their disposal in the accomodation of their choice as well as a Welcome Pack. The market town of Beverley with it's famous Minster has plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and places of interest.
