Long sandy beaches and coastal resorts such as Minehead, Weston Super Mare or Burnham-on-Sea contrasts with the dramatic rocky Exmoor coastline.

This is an area with a vibrant arts and crafts scene where many traditional skills are kept alive such as willow basket making which has been a feature of Somerset life for hundreds of years.
