The bungalow has OFCH and features 3 bedrooms (2 doubles one with en-suite and one twin, bathroom and well equipped (dishwasher etc) kitchen-dinning room, a comfortable sunlounge also a lounge with French doors to watch the birds in half acre of lawned gardens. Parking for two cars, barbecue children’s play equipment Bed linen towels and all fuel included. Beeches bungalow is also furnished to a high standard cared for and cleaned by the owners it sleeps 8 plus a child. It has 4 bedrooms two doubles (1 with vanity unit) two twins both with 3ft beds bathroom with separate shower, also wet room (shower) which is disabled friendly, large lounge with woodburner, dinning room, large kitchen with dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer microwave also sunlounge which you can watch the many birds that visit our very large lawned garden (three quarters acre) playhouse for small children and a games room with pool table, table tennis darts etc. It has OFCH and all fuel towels bed linen is included in the price. Off road parking for three cars. Both bungalows are situated in the Blackdown Hills which is an area of outstanding beauty and are close to the county town of Taunton also the same distance to Honiton (known for antiques) Wellington and Chard. There are an Abundance of National Trust houses with many beautiful gardens to visit. Crealy, Cricket St Thomas, Diggerland are just a few of the many places children like to visit. The coast at Sidmouth is thirty five minutes away also the north coast and Exmoor is within easy reach. Village shop and pub one mile. Peaceful walks or bike rides can be enjoyed from both properties through country lanes We accept one well behaved dog. |
