The house is furnished to a very high standard and comprises lounge with dining area, fully re-fitted kitchen 2007 with fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, tiled bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and WC. One double bedroom and one bedroom with adult double bunks and a single bed ( sleeping 5 ). Both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes, chests and bedside tables. Mountain View Cottage is centrally heated, with flatscreen TV + DVD. All fuel costs are included in rental. Bed linen is supplied, bring your own towels please. Dalfaber Club nearby offers a temporary membership package, swimming, gym, golf, tennis and restaurant. The cottage provides a warm comfortable holiday in peaceful surroundings.

The property is situated in Silverglades, Aviemore, at the north end of the village. Built in 1989 the bungalow is in a safe cul-de-sac, small front garden and a fully fenced back garden with a patio, and drive for two cars. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided. Behind the garden, rough ground, birch, heather, rushes, birds, deer. In front, the ski slopes and mountain train in the distance. Mountain View Cottage is five minutes walk from the Dalfaber complex which has two good restaurants, bars and entertainment or dancing, some evenings. A ten minute walk by footpath takes you into Aviemore village, which has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Sporting activities in the area include skiing, cross country skiing, dry ski slope, curling, swimming, squash, tennis, walking, gentle or rugged, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, pony trekking, fishing, golf, clay pigeon shooting and mountain bike hire. Qualified instruction is available for most of these activities. The surrounding area of the Spey Valley is ideal for all types of holiday, be it active or just quietly enjoying the spectacular scenery, varied wildlife, birdwatching, hillwalking or mountaineering. Inverness is forty minutes away by car and has an excellent shopping centre, although Aviemore itself is well provided with shopping facilities.
