Description:
A warm welcome awaits you to our high quality, recent barn conversion, situated on our working livestock farm. Equipped to a high standard, the cottage sleeps 4 to 6 people. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, one kingsize and 1 twin. Both bedrooms have original beams and window seats to enjoy the wonderful views. Bedding and Towels are provided. There is extra sleeping on a double sofabed in the lounge. The lounge has a woodburning stove, seating for 6 and patio doors that lead on to the sunny south facing patio. From here you can enjoy the beautiful views across the garden to the meadows below. The downstairs is open plan, featuring oak and wood beams throughout. A modern oak fitted kitchen has all the amenities required for your stay! There is a cloakroom downstairs with toilet and washbasin. The cottage has oil central heating. There is an outside utility and boot/drying room. Toby Hill is the ideal place from which to walk, tour or just simply relax!

Toby Hill is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is centrally situated to visit the wonderful attractions nearby. Set in the panoramic countryside of Teesdale in County Durham in the north of England, there are numerous circular walks from our doorstep. The Lake District, Durham City, Newcastle, The Metro Centre, Gateshead and The Yorkshire Dales are all within easy reach (40 - 90 mins away).
