This lovely stone-built cottage sleeps 4 and is peacefully situated to the rear of the owner's house. The very comfortable accommodation is all on ground floor level and features part oak flooring and exposed stonework with exposed beams throughout.
Boar Cottage is well equipped and fully furnished to a high standard. With garden furniture and built in barbecue, the pretty raised patio has a pleasant outlook over the owner's field. Entrance lobby with large storage/cloaks cupboard. Sitting room with woodburning stove set in exposed stonework. Well equipped kitchen. Inner hall leading to two bedrooms: One double bedroom - en-suite shower room with shower, wash basin, WC and electric shaver point. One twin bedroom with pretty stone mullioned windows and shuttered door leading to patio. Separate bathroom with 3 piece suite, electric shower over bath and electric shaver point.
Electric oven and hob. Microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine with separate tumble dryer. Dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, radio. HD flatscreen television (with freesat PVR), video cassette player, DVD player and radio/cd player. Bed linen and duvets provided.
