Description:
Tigh na Rudh forms part of a modern development and is equipped for up to 5 persons. Not suitable for children under 5 years. Externally there is no private garden, but a door from the dining area leads to a small shared and mainly gravelled rear garden, with clothes-drying areas. There is gas-fired central heating throughout. The accommodation comprises: entrance hallway with WC off, living room, kitchen/dining area with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single) and a bathroom (Bath with shower over, washbasin, WC). There is parking for 1 car in a designated area within 30 yards (additional roadside parking nearby). Gas and electricity, together with bed linen and towels, are included in the rent. Sorry no Pets.
Location:
Tigh na Rudh is situated just inside the ancient town walls of Berwick-upon-Tweed. There is access to the Walls close by and the adjacent Ness Gate leads through the Walls to the Tweed estuary, pier and a sandy coastal beach. The town centre is within ten minutes walk and there are closer shops for essentials in Bridge Street, which leads to the Old Bridge of 1624.
