A choice of two apartments in a fine Regency town house. Flat one has two double beds and the studio sleeps up to two on a platform bed. Both have shower rooms and full kitchen facilities. The house itself is very close to the beach and five minutes walk from the shops. Everything that Brighton has to offer is reachable within about 20 minutes walk, the Pavilion, cinemas, theatres and enough restaurants to keep you happy every day of the year. If you don't want to walk then there is an excellent bus service, taxis are plentiful and the train is around 20 minutes away. This an an excellent base for a holiday, work or conference.

Close to the famous (but sadly derelict) West Pier and the Hove border. For food shopping there is a Waitrose or small Sainsbury and also an excellent exotic supermarket (Taj) for all you food buffs. For those with less inclinination choose 'Cook' for ready made meals or dine out. The beach is pebble and has an abundance of cafes and resident artists, bars, clubs and sports facilities.
